Jimmy Schulz is a German entrepreneur and politician with a special sense for digital topics. Raised in Ottobrunn outside of Munich, he completed after his graduation, among others, a guest study at the University of Texas in Austin.
During his school years he was fascinated by the subject of IT and that is how he founded the Cyber Solutions GmbH in 1995. It went public as part of Telesens AG in 2000 and in the same year Schulz joined the FDP.
His political career took him to the German Bundestag in 2009, where he was a representative of the 17th legislature. Since 24/11/2012 Schulz is Chairman of the FDP Upper Bavaria and since the end of 2013, also part of the federal leadership of the party. He remains passionately committed to network policy, privacy and innovation topics in general.
As Managing Director of Cyber Solutions Ltd. Is he also a competent partner for entrepreneurial questions – a role that he lives out among others as a speaker of the FDP for start-ups.
