The heat wasn’t able to stop us: The annual Leaders.48fwrd Summit, the corporate innovation conference by 48forward, took place on the hottest days of the year – and was a full success. 150 attendees from corporates like MAN, Siemens, Henkel, IBM, Microsoft, The Linde Group, Continental, Schaeffler, BayWa, Deutsche Bahn and many more gathered at Studio G/3 in Munich to be part of the conference.

The first day started off with a workshop about Futures Thinking lead by Silke Kreiling, Executive Director at diffferent. Followed by keynotes by Lucas Kerscher, Alexander Kovrigin, Gian Casanova, Daniel Michel, Niko Porkka, Richard Federowski and Stefan Lenz we learned a lot about how companies can become more innovative.
The second day was packed with exciting insights from the corporate world. Thomas Luister talked about how Siemens is working on becoming more innovative. Daniel Fürg hosted a panel about leadership together with Anna Kopp, Microsoft’s Germany CIO, Thorsten Kühnel, Chief Digital Officer at Rheinmetall and David Baus, Co-Founder at JustRocket.
