Traditional German corporations tend to admire the way business is done in Silicon Valley. They love those amazing startup success stories, the growth rates and shiny founder personalities. But it won’t work to just copy what valley corporations are doing. Not everything German companies are doing is wrong. We have to find the best of both worlds to become future-proof!
